If you would like to exchange size or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for exchange or refund.

The best fit I've ever had

This is the second suit I bought from this brand. I've never had such flattering fits for my shape. I'm petite at 5'1" with a small bust, a short waist, and I've given birth twice. Although I'm generally small, bathing suits typically cinch and highlight my love handles. I've never had a tiny waist. But this company makes bathing suits that sit comfortably on the waist without me having to size up. These suits were made for real, everyday women. I can't wait to see what styles they come out with next!

I’m not usually a one piece kind of girl but this one is adorable in pics and in person! I’m usually the first one to get, hate it on me, and return the same day BUT this one made the cut!

Flattering Fit

I love this swimsuit. I've had so many compliments wearing it. In fact, I've purchased this three times because the first time I got a hole right at the seam only after wearing it a few times. My next suit I purchased (same exact one) the strap broke right at the buckle. I wish I could use the strap on the one with the hole, but it doesn't come off so that's why I bought a third one. That's how much I love this suit!

How do I apply my Discount Code?

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality.

How to request a return?

When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

Email to service@mycharmo.com with your Order ID (e.g. CH12345 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.

Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

How to get refund?

If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.

If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.

Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
