If you would like to exchange size or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for exchange or refund.

Been eyeing this cover up for a while and finally ordered it for my vacation. I love this coverup!

Very cute swimsuit cover-up. I got lots of compliments on this during my vacation. Wrinkles easily, but thatï¿½ï¿½s not surprising giving the material. Love it!

It looks great as a form fitting dress for the beach, but my wife prefers her other swim cover that is a more relaxed fit. My wife is 5'3, 110 lbs and a runner's build. A medium may have been a more relaxed fit like she prefers.

I actually love this. It is simple, good price, and works great as a cover up. it's a great swim cover though.

Really impressed with the quality! Soft, no snags or pulls on the knitting, and so comfy and flattering on. Exactly what I was hoping for!

Is there free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $49+ in the Contiguous United States, UK, France, Germany, ltaly and Spain.

How do I apply my Discount Code?

Please note that just so you know, some items might fit differently depending on the style. If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality.

How to request a return?

When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

Email to service@mycharmo.com with your Order ID (e.g. CH12345 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.

Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

How to get refund?

If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.

If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.

Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
