Versatile

Go Pool to Party in the same outfit. The scalloped front dresses up this Swim Dress, so much so that it can be worn to a party (without the removable right shoulder strap), and the built-in swim bottoms are comfortable and become panties. The fabric is a little heavy for swimming and may not dry out quickly, but that minor detail is far outweighed by the versatility. The tummy control is a nice feature, but it is not really slimming. If your big busted, the chest support might not be adequate. For a party you might want to also wear a silicone stick on bra (which I love) for added support. Everything about this swim dress says buy me, you won't be disappointed.

Stylish & Comfortable Swimdress

I like the Charmo One Piece Swimdress for how stylish and comfortable it is. The swimdress offers full coverage and the built-in brief ensures I don’t have to worry about it shifting or floating up while swimming. The scalloped V-neck and tie knot at the hem make it feminine and cute, giving the swimsuit an elegant look. The ruched waist design is flattering, providing a slimming effect while still being comfortable. I ordered a medium, and it fits perfectly at 5'2", 132 lbs, 36DDD. The material is soft against my skin, and I love that I don’t need a cover-up—this swimdress looks like a dress, making it ideal for both poolside lounging and beach outings.

Is there free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $49+ in the Contiguous United States, UK, France, Germany, ltaly and Spain.

How do I apply my Discount Code?

You can enter your discount code on the last page before you click ‘ Complete Order’ you will find a box to enter your discount code. Once you have entered this code, click ‘apply’. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Discount codes and referral codes can be used once per order and cannot be combined with other offers.

How can I choose the correct size?

We have a Size Guide on every product page to help you select the right size. Just click the Size Chart below the product information. Please note that just so you know, some items might fit differently depending on the style. If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped with in 1-3 days.

We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality.

How to request a return?

When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

Email to service@mycharmo.com with your Order ID (e.g. CH12345 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.

Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

How to get refund?

If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.

If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.

Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
