Is there free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $49+ in the Contiguous United States, UK, France, Germany, ltaly and Spain.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $69+ in the Contiguous Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How do I apply my Discount Code?
You can enter your discount code on the last page before you click ‘ Complete Order’ you will find a box to enter your discount code. Once you have entered this code, click ‘apply’. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Discount codes and referral codes can be used once per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
How can I choose the correct size?
We have a Size Guide on every product page to help you select the right size. Just click the Size Chart below the product information. Please note that just so you know, some items might fit differently depending on the style. If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped with in 1-3 days.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day

· Standard Delivery: 7-12 business days

Do you offer refunds?
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality
How to request a return?
When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.
Email to service@mycharmo.com with your Order ID (e.g. CH12345 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.
Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.
How to get refund?
If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.
If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.
Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
