If you would like to exchange size or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for exchange or refund.

Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Perfect for the bump

I’m 5’9 and 180 and wore this from 7.5 months pregnant to 9 months (39 weeks) pregnant. Worked great, fit well and I was comfortable.

Only Maternity Bathing Suit I Kept

Best maternity bathing suit I bought and the only one I kept. I bought this one early in the summer when I was about 5 1/2 months pregnant and have worn it all the way through the summer and into my 9th month of pregnancy.

Not bad

I don’t dislike this bathing suit but I’d prefer not the have the part that covers my belly, it was uncomfortable.

This swimsuit it great if you want to cover your preggy belly without wearing a full one-piece suit. The support in the top is really nice and has adjustable straps to move to your liking. Decent quality and well worth the money.

For reference, I purchased this around ~24 weeks when I was a bit smaller. Currently writing this review at 34weeks, 5'8" and 185lbs. I purchased a large as the medium did not have much room for my growing belly. I'm glad I did, as this suit still fits quite nicely 10weeks later and I feel will continue to fit for the remaining weeks of my pregnancy.

Is there free shipping?

How do I apply my Discount Code?

You can enter your discount code on the last page before you click ‘ Complete Order’ you will find a box to enter your discount code. Once you have entered this code, click ‘apply’. How long will it take to get my orders?

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality.

How to request a return?

When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

Email to service@mycharmo.com with your Order ID (e.g. CH12345 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason.

Our customer service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

How to get refund?

If the product is not a quality problem, only because of personal dislike the size/color/other issues, you will be request to return the package first. And shipping fees from the order is NOT refundable.

If your request of return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.

Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
