Delivery
Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review.
Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

*Order number, the question you have and the photos of the product if necessary.
*A photo of the barcode on the plastic bag
2. Get authorization from Customer Service:Charmo facebook page is available too.
3. Get exchanges or refunds
*Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.
4. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Please note the following product return requirements:
- Charmo's Responsibility:
- If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Charmo is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
2. Customer's responsibility
- Incorrect order(size of the item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
Compensation time-frame:
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-3 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Credit card refunds: Between 3-5 business days
